Sheets, linen (tea towels and bath towels) and heating are included for your comfort.
A secure covered parking space is privatized within the residence.
A laundromat is located a few minutes walk from the residence if necessary.
A small animal may be accepted on request.

The beach and numerous shops are less than 5 minutes away on foot and a private covered parking space will be reserved for you on site.
The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of a secure residence in Saint Valéry en Caux offering an exceptional view of the seafront.
On site, you will have the choice between the port fish market, the Casino, a sea trip, a Cinema or the numerous hiking trails allowing you to explore the Alabaster Coast.
Don't hesitate to bring your bikes or your paddle, a room will be made available to you during your stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
