Our motto is always to do better to welcome our guests and make their stay as pleasant as possible.
We restored this old farmhouse dating from 1800 in 1993 and we have been welcoming guests from different backgrounds for 30 years and each time the exchanges are enriching. Our career in tourism will inevitably end one day, but it will leave us with memories of pleasant shared moments, and full of pleasant surprises. We perceive that the region is very appreciated and this reinforces our conviction to develop our activities despite ever-increasing obstacles linked to elected officials who are not very favorable to tourism in their municipality...
Ground floor:
- living room with kitchen area (combined dishwasher/ceramic hob/oven, microwave), TV with satellite dish, washing machine,
- bathroom with toilet.

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm),
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds).
Electricity package: €18/week, spring summer autumn until September 30. Close to the forest and an unprotected river passing through the property, 15 meters from this gîte adjoining accommodation. Common courtyard in front of the house with private parking. Private open garden behind the house, not overlooked, reserved for the gîte (separated from the other accommodation by a hedge), terrace, barbecue.
Possibility of fishing over 300m (license required).
The property being large, many varieties of wild animals and birds circulate constantly adding to the pleasure of the stay (deer, partridges, pheasants, heron, rabbit, hare, wild ducks (hidden) place being favorable for them because there are one side of crops, meadows and the river which allows them to feed, swim and drink.
It is a truly exceptional place, 200 m from the departmental road, in absolute calm.
Gite not suitable for small children due to proximity to the river.
The place is very close to the sites to visit which is practical.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
