You are located 3 km from the beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. For lovers of outdoor activities, an equestrian center and a golf course are 1 km from the rental.

Also take advantage of your stay to explore the famous “Planches” of Deauville which are only 2.5km away. The Touques valley is an ideal place for nature lovers. You can observe various species of birds there, as well as the local flora. The Deauville-La Touques Hippodrome regularly organizes horse races, especially during the summer season. An unmissable experience for horse riding enthusiasts.

A few kilometers away, Deauville offers beaches, luxury boutiques, and a casino for a more urban experience.

Within the residence, you have access to a heated indoor swimming pool (open July-August) and a separate paddling pool, as well as a multi-sport field, ideal for enjoying a stay with family or between friends.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
