To get your stay off to a good start, you can gather around the island for a friendly moment, then head into the living room to play a wild game of table football. Finally, movie buffs will be able to enjoy a cinema space equipped with a video projector allowing them to see and rewatch their favorite films.

Located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), the capacity maximum is 4 people. The apartment is composed as follows:
- An American-style fitted kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, …);
- A large living room living with equipped lounge area a magnificent sofa also serving as a bed (convertible into a 140x200cm double bed);
- A games area with in particular the updating of the game. provision of a real table football which will remind you of your early youth;
- A cinema room equipped with a video projector;
- Side at night a beautiful master suite equipped with Queen size bedding (160x200 cm), a television and an adjoining bathroom with "Italian" type shower;

The accommodation is located in the famous antiques district (Saint-Maclou) in the hyper-center of Rouen, just a few steps from proximity from all the main tourist places in the city (the big clock is located less than 5 minutes on foot).

You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

Arrival: Reception will take place physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Don't hesitate to Tell us your arrival time as early as possible in order to best organize your handover of the keys.

Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in the event of a delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, at extra cost. Pay through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debit the payment. of your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
