It is located in the very center of Rouen and more precisely rue Martainville, at 10 minutes away walking distance from the SNCF station, 5 minutes from the famous Place du Vieux Marché; and at the foot of the best shops and restaurants in Rouen.

Completely renovated and decorated Tastefully designed, this superb bright contemporary apartment (disposed as a Duplex) will offer you all the comfort you need to have a wonderful stay in a luxury residence. the typical architecture of Rouen. Everything was done thought so that you feel at home!

With a capacity maximum of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- An American-style fitted kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, …);
- A large living room living with lounge/dining area eat, Smart TV (with your login details you can connect to Netflix and Canal+);
- A bathroom with bathtub:
- Side night: Upstairs (be careful of the relatively narrow staircase), two separate bedrooms equipped with Queen size bedding (160x200 cm);

The accommodation is located in the hyper-center of Rouen, near proximity from all the main tourist places in the city (the big clock is located less than 5 minutes on foot).

You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

Arrival: Reception will take place physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Don't hesitate to Tell us your arrival time as early as possible in order to best organize your handover of the keys.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in the event of a delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, at extra cost. Pay through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debit the payment. of your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.

If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be charged. on your deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
