Our apartment is located in the very center of Rouen and more precisely in the heart of Rouen. a few steps from the SNCF train station, just a few steps from the SNCF train station, 10 minutes away at the foot of the famous old market square; and 5 minutes from the best shops and restaurants in the city.

Completely renovated and decorated tastefully furnished, our apartment (ground floor requiring a few steps to go down to access the accommodation) will offer you all the necessary comfort to have a wonderful stay in a residence with of superb bourgeois architecture. Everything was done thought so that you feel at home!

With a capacity maximum of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A small outdoor English courtyard to enjoy a good coffee during the first rays of sunlight;
- A fitted "American" type kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, worktop work area, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, …);
- A large living room living with lounge/dining area dining, Smart TV (with your login details you can connect to Netflix and Canal+) and work space (small office);
- A bathroom with shower Italian style with separate WC.
- Side night: A beautiful bedroom equipped with Queen size bedding (160x200 cm, new 06/03/2024) well soundproofed for peaceful nights!

The location is idyllic for those who wish to take advantage of the proximity to the city. with the SNCF station, the charm and life of Rouen, while being quiet.

Are updated at your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board. ironing, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

NB: The apartment has an outdoor parking space (shared parking) which can be provided to you. available on request (PLEASE NOTE, parking under construction between September 9 and 30, 2024, parking unavailable). You will also find free parking spaces at the property. a few meters from the apartment, rue de la Boheme.

LET’S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited. between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated. within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to cancel the procedure. to immediately terminate the rental lease and to activate the bank guarantee in the event of overflow or damage. By coming to stay in our apartment, you will have access to our apartments. all the different parts of the accommodation.

We will have pleasure in accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

The accommodation is located in the hypercenter of Rouen, near proximity from the station and at less than 10 minutes away walking distance from all of the city's main tourist attractions (the big clock, old market square, etc.).

You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

Your host will be at your disposal. at your disposal during your stay so that you can spend a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Arrival: Reception will take place physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Don't hesitate to Tell us your arrival time as early as possible in order to best organize your handover of the keys.

Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in the event of a delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, at extra cost. Pay through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debit the payment. of your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.

An identity document currently valid You may be asked when you enter the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out. before your arrival.

If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be charged. on your deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
