Laurent is a farmer. He raises dairy cows and grows what he needs to feed them.
Sylvie is an educator specializing in liberal arts. She supports, at home or in suitable premises, children and adults with mental and psychological disabilities.

Floor: bedroom 2 (3 single beds 90 X 200 cm., sink), bedroom 3 (1 double bed 160 ), bedroom 5 (3 single beds 90 x 200 cm), bedroom 6 (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, bed + baby table), bathroom (shower and corner bathtub), separate toilet, English billiards (adults and children) on the mezzanine above the living room.
Aerothermal underfloor heating included. Sheets provided (€50 supplement if beds made).

Full option at €320: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, complete cleaning (no more need to undo the beds, tidy up, take the bins away, etc.) The Coulombrière estate is a private property. '1 ha of meadows and woods reserved for the cottage, not overlooked. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
