Monique has always been attracted to the cottage industry. Also, when she acquired her parents' house, she knew that her dream was coming true. For 18 years, it has always been a great satisfaction and enrichment to welcome guests from all regions and different countries.
On the ground floor:
- kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, raclette grill, etc.),
- living room/lounge with fireplace and TV,
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds), with a small table
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed with desk),
- bathroom with electric towel dryer
- (hidden) separated.

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds with office area). Near Isneauville, Mont Saint Aignan, independent house near the town center, with a large enclosed flower garden (800 m²). Warm welcome from the owner. ALL CHARGES INCLUDED (heating, cleaning, sheets, towels, electricity). The house includes an independent room in the basement, which the owner occupies discreetly. Closed private parking.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
