Note that these activities are exclusively available during French school holidays.

Golf enthusiasts can indulge in the offerings of the Omaha Beach golf club, boasting two 18-hole courses, a clubhouse, and a driving range. For a more adventurous experience, cycle rentals are available on-site (fees apply), and further details can be obtained by contacting the reception.

Embark on aquatic adventures near the residence at the Asnelles Water Sports Centre, located 17 km away. Operating Monday to Friday, the center offers sand yachting and catamaran lessons, along with two-hour sessions of sand yachting, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, and speed-sailing. Kayaks and tubing gear are also available for rent, catering for adults and children aged 12 and above (excluding sand yachting, which is suitable for ages 8+).

The Eolia Normandie School in Colleville-sur-Mer, approximately 8 km away, provides individual or group lessons in sand yachting, catamarans, sea kayaks, and paddles. Sessions for water sports activities run from April to October, with sand yachting available throughout the year.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
