Baby equipment on request. Sheets and towels for rent. End-of-stay cleaning service at extra cost. Electric heating extra. Unfenced private garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking for 5 to 6 vehicles. Hangar (carport). No arrival possible after 8:00 p.m. In an old farmhouse, this house is friendly with its lounge area with fireplace for your evenings or its large table to bring your tribe together around a meal. The south-facing terrace is also pleasant in the slightest ray of sunshine, surrounded by a beautiful grassy area. Marion and her brother Benjamin have been working since 2021 on the rehabilitation of this family property and will be happy to welcome you to this peaceful hamlet of Boucey south of Pontorson (all shops nearby). Possibility of easy walk in the surrounding countryside. You can follow the nearby Couesnon river to guide you to the foot of the famous Mont St-Michel and its legendary silhouette. Between Brittany and Normandy, you will take advantage of this advantageous position to discover the treasures of Ille et Vilaine and La Manche for a weekend or a week.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
