My name is Margot, and I am the owner of this charming Bourgeoise property in the town center of PONTORSON. With my husband, we like to share, exchange, and receive. I am here to welcome you, as well as introduce you to the "gîte", Pontorson and its regions (Normandy/Brittany). When we bought the house in March 2021, we immediately completely redid the "gîte", we put our hearts and souls into it, so that you feel at home!
Your comfort is our priority.

Large living room (wide screen TV, internet, connected speaker) with equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooking robot). Storage room with separate toilet. On the lower level, bedroom 1 (1 180X200 bed, TV) with terrace access, bedroom 2 (1 180X200 bed, TV) with terrace access, bathroom with spacious bathtub, large double shower. Independent WC. Laundry area (washing machine, dryer). Extra bed in each room. Baby equipment on request. Reversible aerothermal heating (air conditioning). Sheets, towels provided. Beds made on arrival. Cleaning service extra. Private enclosed garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Private annex room with relaxation area: sauna, hammam and spa and bathroom. In a peaceful residential area of Pontorson, this stone house has been completely redesigned by the owners and now provides vacationers with optimal conditions to recharge their batteries with friends. Its inverted configuration allows you to benefit from a large living room bathed in light overlooking the garden and the 2 beautiful bedrooms on level -1 are directly connected to the terrace. The interior is very neat and the equipment remarkable. To complete your relaxation, the owners have imagined a little corner of paradise at the bottom of the garden. This annex includes sauna, spa and even a hammam, as well as a space dedicated to wellness treatments and massages (treatments, massages) at an additional cost for a total wellness getaway. Very close to the train station and shops, this address has it all!

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
