Under an awning at the back of gîte G2256: ping-pong table shared with the other gîte. Easy access to the sea for this bright cottage, with contemporary decoration offering a beautiful unobstructed view of the river "la Varenne" (which can be reached on foot from the cottage) and its pretty valley. (Eawy forest, ponds, grasslands, birds, etc.).
Private enclosed garden with quiet west-facing terrace (sunset!), fishing on site, motorbike shelter, baby welcome, gentle underfloor heating INCLUDED. Leisure activities nearby in the village: bison breeding and canoeing nearby (tree climbing course, gardens open to visitors, etc.). Excursions to Rouen, Amiens, the Baie de Somme, Fécamp, Etretat, Le Havre or Honfleur by the Normandy Bridge facilitated by the A28 and the A29 a few kilometers away.
A second gite with access and independent garden is located nearby (gîte n°G2256).

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
