Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre in one of the famous buildings designed by the architect Auguste Perret, you will be able to discover the discover all the magic of this UNESCO World Heritage city. You will stay at 300m from the beach, 200m from the casino and at the foot of shops.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator, quiet and secure. Inside, everything has been renovated. thought to make you feel at home. Designed for 2 people, it is broken down as follows:

- A separate room living area with lounge and dining area offering a splendid view of Place Général de Gaulle.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
- A bedroom with a glass roof equipped with quality Queen Size bedding. in 160x200cm.
- A bathroom completes this accommodation with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Parking is paid around the accommodation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 12 p.m., then from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city. in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to proximity shops, the beach and the casino and the main centers of interest of Le Havre. For your shopping, gourmets will be satisfied with Les Halles in particular, which is located near Paris. less than 100m from the apartment. Also, a small Carrefour Market open every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. 9 p.m. is located &àgrave; 2 steps from the apartment.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
