Located in the heart of the famous St Vincent district, this beautiful apartment with an area of 45m² has an ideal location for discovering Le Havre and taking advantage of its quick access to the city. the beach.

The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy Le Havre while being quiet (500m from the beach and 3 minutes from the shops).
Depending on availability, you will be able to (hopefully) park on the street (paying depending on location). Unfortunately, as the places are non-nominative, we cannot provide them. guarantee you a parking space in advance.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
