Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Children's games: slide and playhouse. Enclosed garden with trees 2000m². Complete baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, bathtub and dishes). Located in Isneauville, a few minutes from the shops and the historic center of Rouen, you will appreciate the volume and brightness of the rooms decorated by combining character and modernity. You can enjoy the vast garden with trees on sunny days and relax by the fireplace on winter days.
Sheets (beds made) and wood included within the limit of one stere per stay. Heating and electricity extra depending on consumption (meter reading) from October to the end of April / package (30€ per week) included from May to the end of September.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
