Comfortable for 4 people, a little tighter for 5 people (no extra charge) but with a real bed installed: ideal for children.

Sheets, bathroom and household linen as well as heating and electricity are included in the rental price. On the beach of Pourville-sur-Mer, on the 1st floor of an old typical Norman seaside hotel (10m away), a hotel frequented by the Impressionists, this comfortable, functional and bright apartment offers an exceptional view of the sea. Without a garden, you can benefit from the lawn and pedestrian promenade of the family seaside resort of Pourville, the large pebble and fine sand beach (at low tide), play areas for children, restaurants and shops , from the club nautical, waves for windsurfing or surfing... The environment is calm and very pleasant with, on both sides, a view of the cliffs of the Alabaster coast.
Animals welcome (no cats): 1 dog maximum per stay (paying): all dogs are accepted except categorized dogs.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
