The configuration of the gîte does not allow babies to be accommodated. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Facing the beach of Pourville-sur-Mer, apartment ideally located in the heart of one of the most sought-after resorts on the Alabaster Coast. On the ground floor of a typical Norman seaside house, the cottage benefits from a private enclosed flowered courtyard with independent entrance, garden furniture and barbecue (side view of the sea from the kitchen window and from the courtyard of the cottage). The pebble and fine sand beach (at low tide) is bordered by a pleasant pedestrian promenade with play areas for children, 2 restaurants, an exhibition space, a fish and oyster stall, beautiful shops ... Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
