This holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom.

On the beach of Pourville-sur-Mer, on the 1st floor of an old Normandy hotel typical of the seaside (10m away), a popular hotel. designed by the Impressionists, this comfortable, functional and bright apartment offers an exceptional view of the sea. Without a garden, you can benefit from the lawn and the pedestrian promenade of the family seaside resort of Pourville, the large pebble and fine sand beach (at low tide), play areas for children, restaurants and shops, the nautical club, waves for skateboarding sailing or surfing... The environment is calm and very pleasant with, on both sides, a view of the cliffs of the Albàtre coast.
Pets welcome (no cats): 1 dog maximum per stay (paying): all dogs are accepted except categorized dogs.

Sheets, bathroom and household linen as well as heating and electricity are provided. are included in the rental price. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
