You can walk to the seaside via a peaceful little street and discover the small beach huts that are a delight for walkers. Surrounded by a large, secure plot of land, the house is perfect for families with children. The old boat shed will occasionally be used as a games room with a ping-pong table and will allow water sports enthusiasts to store equipment there. The owners Didier and Geneviève have brought this pleasant, very functional house up to date and converted the old adjoining garage into an additional relaxation room (3 steps down).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
