Here it is a family affair, taking advantage of the sense of welcome of Edith and Marc, his parents, Philippe is today opening their first gîte with his wife with the same concern for quality and attention to detail. As a farmer, he was keen to restore this old farm in an eco-responsible way. Passionate, he also likes to introduce people to his profession as a dairy farmer and the cultures of the region that fill our plates.

- living room with convertible linen sofa (very good quality bedding), 145cm backlit TV, games table convertible into an office for teleworking (proximity to the internet box),
- open contemporary kitchen (3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, combined microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, robot) separated from the dining area by half-timbering: a French window allows you to access directly to the terrace and enjoy a very beautiful, quiet environment.

Upstairs:
- toilet with hand basin,
- 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90x200cm with small mezzanine: games and reading area for children,
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200cm, baby bed with bars,
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm,

On 1/2 floor, accessible by going down a few steps:
- bathroom with large walk-in shower 160x95cm, partitioned toilet, spa bath

Baby equipment available. Independent cottage in a beautiful Normandy house restored in an eco-responsible way.
You have a large enclosed garden (3000m²) which adjoins a meadow occupied depending on the season by animals (cows and heifers). It is fenced with concrete posts and barbed wire. The garden has outdoor games for children (swing, tractors, bicycles, scooters). Private terrace with barbecue, table and chairs, garden furniture and deckchairs. Visit to the owners' dairy farm in the village on request: you can watch the cows being milked and the little calves being fed.
Nearby visiting sites: Biotropica, Giverny, the Poses locks, the Boucles de la Seine.
Charging station for electric vehicles allowing a car to be recharged overnight (payable on site)

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
