This old oven independent bread maker (near Gîte Le Pressoir G4062) from the 19th century was renovated. completely renovated; (cob and half-timbered wood). The roof of this oven is open and you will be surprised by the light passing through the whole, with the impression of living sitting in the middle of the Normandy countryside.
You have a large open garden of 1500m² with shared play area nearby the other cottage (volleyball court, table tennis). Outdoor games for children: swing, play tower, tractor, private terrace. Charging station for electric vehicles allowing a car to be recharged overnight (to be paid on site).
Ground floor:

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
