1st floor:
- 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90x190cm),
- bathroom,
2nd floor:
- 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 140x190cm bed with water point).
Sheets provided, bathroom and household linen, cleaning, heating and electricity. included in the rental price.
Exterior:
- small enclosed private courtyard with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue (depending on season and/or on request)
Parking: free parking at 800 meters or paid locations in the seaside resort. Ideal location in proximity close to all shops and restaurants, the beach and the famous chalk cliffs for a car-free stay! Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
