Parking outside the garden, on either side of the house, in a reserved space. Garage for your motorcycles and bicycles, washing machine. The gîte is accessed via a lane running alongside a century-old beech forest. At the entrance, a closed hovel and planted embankments, specific to the Pays de Caux countryside. This independent gîte will enchant you with its local character, its warm materials, its double-opening fireplace (living room side and dining side) and its enclosed garden. Not far from Saint Valéry en Caux and Veules les Roses, a rich heritage of castles, thatched cottages, Cauchois landscapes, entertainment, culture, sport (golf in the village, hiking trails on site, greenway 5 minutes away, water sports and tobogganing summer 15 minutes).
Dogs accepted but prior agreement from the owner required from the 2nd animal (cats refused).

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
