The independent living room is ideal for moments of sharing and the 2 staircases offer 2 completely distinct spaces which will allow 2 families to coexist perfectly. The beautiful South West exposure of the facade is very appreciable and it is nice to relax on the terrace and the relaxation area set up by the owner. The accommodation is a few minutes from shops and beaches. The city of Granville has its share of surprises and leisure activities in store for you: Its port, the Upper Town, an excursion to the Chausey Islands, the Christian Dior house, the Casino, the Thalasso, etc.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
