The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is an elevator, a garden and a balcony. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Dives-sur-Mer 2 km from Cabourg: Residence "Les Lofts", 3 storeys. In the district of Port Guillaume 800 m from the centre of Dives-sur-Mer, 3 km from the centre of Cabourg, 800 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: garden. In the complex: lift. Public parking on the road. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Port Guillaume" 1.3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2.8 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cabourg, 3 km. Additional accommodations can be booked. Sailing school (during season) 300 m. Shopping gallery is opened in High Season. The bridge that connects Port Guillaume to Cabourg is open from 07/07 until 30/09 between 9:00 am - 8:00 pm.

There is a lake/open water less than 800 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Les Lofts in Dives-sur-Mer you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
