This holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom.

Le Clos des Champs is located in an old farm in the middle of the fields, in the peace and quiet of a closed hovel surrounded by countryside. tall beeches.
The lodge is furnished in an old barn made of bricks and flint, next to it. the entrance to the property (shared entrance with the owners whose house is located at the bottom of a large landscaped garden), adjoining the property. occupied accommodation à the year (separated by an open arena and a room where wood is stored). Passage of vehicles possible in front of the front door of the house (tenant living at the very end of the building).
Small private garden of 100m²with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs outside. the front of the gîte (not overlooked).
Ground floor (pellet stove heating):

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
