We renovated this old farm in the early 2000s, seeking to respect the "spirit" of the place: exposed bricks and flint, garden surrounded by beech trees, local plantations (hydrangeas, fruit trees, etc.). All our customers are delighted with the site. They also praise the quality of the welcome! Several people work on site to offer you the best service. This is our greatest reward: that you fall under the spell of the Pays de Caux and its hosts... Do not hesitate to share your comments with us: we are in a process of permanent improvement. Excellent stay.

- annex relaxation building, equipped with indoor ping-pong, table football and other games and a table for large meals.
- bicycle rental possible (6 adults at a rate of €15/bike). Old 19th century farmhouse, typically Cauchois, in an independent Norman courtyard enclosed by beech trees and planted with apple trees.

Rental charges not included in your rental:: - heating: gas + heating: €30/day for a rental period of less than 5 days, €25/day for a rental of more than or equal to 5 days, gas (excluding heating period ): €30 for 1% observed at the tank

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
