Good at know: The GR21 hiking trail (coastline of the Côte d'Albâtre) and the Véloroute du Littoral (+ 25 km loop departing from Criel) cross the resort. Bike rentals and several restaurants on site. Easy access to the port of Tréport by funicular. 12km (Ludibulle), fun swimming pool and ice rink all year round. Entertainment Dieppe, very beautiful surrounding gardens. You will appreciate the proximity to of the cottage with the beach, its small garden, the private interior courtyard and the views offered over the sea from the living room and one of the bedrooms.
Single-storey gîte (access after a few steps):
- Entrance leading to living room/lounge on the seafront,
- Semi-open kitchen (stove with oven and induction hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, table-top refrigerator with freezer, etc.),
- Bathroom with shower,
- Bedroom for 2 people with 140x190cm bed with sea view,
- Bedroom for 2 people with 140x190cm bed overlooking an interior courtyard.
Exterior: small garden in front of the gîte and interior courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
Private parking nearby proximity possibility 3 cars. Fish boat ready for shrimp fishing on request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
