General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV (internationale zenders) and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

"Les Prés Rousselins (CMC600)", 3-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), 1 sleeping facility (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2nd upper floor: electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Cottage "Les Prés Rousselins". 1 km from the centre of Courtonne-la-Meurdrac, 8 km from the centre of Lisieux, 40 km from the centre of Deauville, 40 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 250 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, sandy beach 40 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 40 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus (CMC600) in Courtonne-la-Meurdrac you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
