Electric heating extra. Rental of sheets and household linen. Cleaning package possible. Tourist tax. Cottage equipped with a water softener. On the heights of the pretty village of La Bouille (ranked 6th favorite village of the French in 2022), quiet, independent gîte offering a private panoramic terrace, completely renovated, with breathtaking views of the Seine and the boats.
An open garden space not overlooked located in the owners' shared enclosed garden is reserved for you. Bicycles (adults) are available to you free of charge.
Animal welcome: 1 dog or cat accepted per stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
