A real little paradise to enjoy Caen and its surroundings: You will immediately be seduced by its decoration, its comfort, its premium location in the heart of the city and its view overlooking the building where it is located. was born François de Malherbe as well as the pedestrian street St Pierre.

Completely redone new and decorated with care, it can accommodate up to 200 people. 4 people, ideal for a stay as a couple, professional or tourist.

- a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment for cooking good meals with family or friends).

- 1 Italian-style shower room with column; rain effect + rain machine wash.

The location is ideal for those wishing to enjoy Caen and its city center, while remaining quiet. On request, a parking space can be provided. available in a private parking lot and secure located &àgrave; 50m from the apartment.

You will stay in a quiet and typical Caen residence, at the foot of shops and restaurants and the main tourist attractions.

Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, at extra cost. Pay through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debit the payment. of your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
