Recently renovated, you will appreciate in particular the charm of the old (exposed beams, old Caen stone fireplace -non-functional-) combined with its charm. a contemporary and warm decoration. We feel at home the countryside while being in the city center. Everything was done thought so that you feel like you are at home home! Very bright, you will reside in this apartment. only a few meters from the Notre Dame de la Gloriette church (which can be seen from the apartment), the famous Place St Sauveur and the pedestrian streets.

Agency to accommodate 4 travelers, it is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A large, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. eating (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage space and kitchen utensils);
- A small cozy living room with UHD Smart TV

On the 1st floor:
- A beautiful lounge area, reading room, games room with a small office, ideal for teleworking;

On the 2nd floor:

The accommodation does not have a private parking space, however paid private parking is available nearby. a few steps from the apartment (Paul Doumer parking lot in particular).
To get around, you can very easily access various public transport, such as the tram and buses.

The memorial and the landing beaches, Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the superb abbeys which are hidden around the meanders of the Seine, the overwhelming and exciting sites which punctuate the Landing Beaches, but also the charming picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge and finally seaside pleasures, shopping, horse racing and even the Deauville casino.

Your host will be at your disposal. at your disposal during your stay so that you can spend a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Arrival: Reception will take place physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Don't hesitate to Tell us your arrival time as early as possible in order to best organize your handover of the keys.

Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in the event of a delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, at extra cost. Pay through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debit the payment. of your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.

If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be charged. on your deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
