Recently renovated, this apartment is ideal for a quiet stay, while residing in the center of a city steeped in history.

Able to accommodate up to 2 travelers, it is composed of: in the following way:
- a beautiful living room / dining room dining room with direct access to the garden (equipped with 2 deckchairs, garden furniture + table with 2 chairs)
- a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine coffee, and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals.

The accommodation is located &àgrave; 2 steps from the famous Place St Sauveur and the town hall, in a quiet street in the heart of the historic center of Caen. There you will find numerous gourmet restaurants, shops of all kinds, as well as quick access to public transport (tram & bus).

Your host will be at your disposal. at your disposal during your stay so that you can spend a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Arrival: Reception will take place physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Don't hesitate to Tell us your arrival time as early as possible in order to best organize your handover of the keys.

Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in the event of a delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, at extra cost. Pay through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debit the payment. of your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
