This holiday home for 15 persons has a bathroom. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a terrace and a garden.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Your host:
We are retired, Véronique was director of MFR (school) and I am Jean-Claude peasant. After having fitted out the first two gîtes, we took great pleasure in welcoming our customers and we fitted out another building which no longer had any interest for the farm. Through all these meetings we receive a lot and we also hope to transmit a lot of things and allow our customers to better discover our territory, our history, our culture. The proximity of the farm now operated by our children is also a great opportunity, particularly for children, to discover agriculture and the life of all our animals.

Independent entrance, private open land, swing for children. Farm products from different local farms and crafts 100 m away. Adjoining gîte at n°2181 (7 people). In another building, 3 other adjoining gites have been set up (G2197 for 5 people, G2195 for 6 people and G2196 for 2 people).
As a group, don't miss the treetop adventure park and the Vélorail des Loges which takes you to Etretat (Micheline lift). Within excursion distance (less than 45 minutes) the Marais Vernier, Honfleur, Le Havre, Fécamp...

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
