Kitchen area (gas hob, soft pod machine, toaster, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment). Technical room (washing machine and household utensils). Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom (1 160X200 bed) with its private bathroom (shower). Independent WC. Stairs leading to the bedroom not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
Private enclosed courtyard. Covered shelter. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking in the courtyard shared by the owners (2 vehicles). Non-smoking gîte. Main heating by wood stove, supplemented by electric convectors (charged extra as a daily or weekly flat rate). Sheets and household linen rental. Cleaning service optional. Travel cot and high chair available. No arrival possible after 8:00 p.m. No wifi. In the heart of the Normandy countryside, Eric and Lucile welcome you to their farm. Facing the orchard and green meadows, this address is ideal for rest and a break from your daily life. The owners have built a gîte on 2 levels which will suit couples, including a very beautiful bedroom upstairs associated with its private bathroom. Eric raises his sheep with passion and will be happy to introduce you to the Avranchin breed that he promotes. Close to Granville and Mont St-Michel, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the region and the treasures of this legendary bay!

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
