A little attention will be offered to you for your stay. Very well located farmhouse, 5 minutes from the magnificent cliffs of Etretat. This gîte adjoining a residential house has a large 2000m² enclosed garden with trees, not overlooked. The interior is bright and carefully decorated, you can enjoy the veranda while reading a book, playing with one of the board games available to you or having your meals (unheated). It is a quiet and pleasant place, ideal for welcoming a large family or friends... You will be awakened in the morning by the singing of birds.
Weekends and short stays possible in the months of January, February, March, October, November and December.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
