The large bay windows provide this gîte with generous light and the chic, marine decoration gives it a pleasant holiday atmosphere. The second bedroom with a wooden frame mezzanine delights children who each create their own little world (one upstairs, one downstairs). The room therefore offers 4 individual beds and this gîte can therefore be suitable for a family of 3 to 4 children. Access to the large Barneville beach is just below and the maritime boulevard is ideal for walks, especially in the evening when the sun sets over Jersey located just opposite. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
