This charming address, ideal for 2 people, is in the medieval heart of Avranches. Nestled behind the municipal museum, it is perfectly located to enjoy both the shops of the city center (less than 300m) and the picturesque old neighborhoods. At the end of the alley, the Thomas Becket square is a haven of peace and offers an exceptional panorama of the bay! You can also discover the unique Scriptorial museum where the manuscripts of Mount Mont are kept. Formerly a building painter's workshop, this premises has been superbly renovated into an apartment on 2 levels. Promoting both traditional materials (coating, tiles) and more contemporary ones like the beautiful metal staircase, Caroline has performed a real magic trick to offer a real cozy nest for your vacation in this quiet alley. She will be happy to advise you on your stay. You will still have to have the courage to leave the large terrace upstairs facing south!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
