Henri Muta opens the doors of his property located on the left bank of the Seine where he welcomes you as friends. Very friendly and helpful, he likes to share: it is therefore with great pleasure that he will show you the unmissable sites and other tourist activities nearby. The site is also ideally placed for exploring and visiting Rouen, Etretat, Le Havre, Honfleur...Depending on the seasons, it will offer you the opportunity to taste the fresh cider made from apples from its orchard or to taste the delicious fruits.
Kitchen area with 2 electric hobs, mini-oven-grill-microwave, dining-living area (convertible sofa for 2 people), stereo, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs in the attic mezzanine: sleeping 2 people. ALL CHARGES INCLUDED. Le Bûcher, an old building where firewood was once stored, has been transformed into a warm gîte, ideal for getaways for two and romantic weekends.
The wooden frame house covered with clapboard is located near the owner's house and 200 meters from the main road (possible noise pollution). You will be able to enjoy, according to the rhythm of the seasons, the fruits of the orchard on 18,000m² of green land.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
