An adorable little detached cottage on its partially enclosed land (no fence on one side) of 800m², in the heart of a typical Cauchois village with its enclosed hovels. 10 minutes from the sea and the cliffs of the Côte d'Albâtre, via hiking trails and small roads that run alongside the castle parks surrounded by gardens open to visitors: the charm of the green Normandy countryside and the appeal a classified coastline, rich in numerous birds, fishermen who sell their fish directly. A 9-hole golf course on site, a first flight a few kilometers away, a trip to the casino, an exhibition of talented local artists, a candlelit visit to the castle... choose according to your wishes!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
