Beautiful duplex of 30 m² with balcony, facing East/West, located on the 2nd floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR) of a quiet residence in WIMEREUX with private parking space.
Located close to shops (200 m from a supermarket, 5 minutes by car from the Golf de Wimereux, the town center and the sea wall) this apartment will charm you with its brightness and its breathtaking view of the sea.
Well arranged, it consists on the ground floor of a small living room/lounge opening onto an equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, hood, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, small freezer, combined microwave, grill, coffee maker, kettle , toaster...).
The living room has a NEW "Convertible Center" sofa bed 160 x 200 (duvet and pillows) for 2 beds.
Upstairs, small corridor leading to a bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190; a new heater that can be used as an extra bed for a child) as well as a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine dryer, towel dryer, hair dryer). Childcare equipment (bath and baby potty).
Ideal 2, maximum 4 people. Pets allowed for a supplement of €4 per day and per animal.
Cleaning included - Smoking allowed (outside) - Possibility to rent bed and household linen (inquire at the Agency) - The beds are equipped with duvets or blankets with pillows. WIFI.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
