This magnificent, new 86.50m² duplex apartment, located on the first floor of a quiet, recent residence (no elevator), comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features three bedrooms: one with a 140x190cm double bed, another with two 90x190cm single beds, and a third with a 160x190cm double bed. Pets are not allowed, and the accommodation is non-smoking. Two private parking spaces are provided.
Ideally situated in Wimereux, the apartment is close to the Wimereux Golf Course and various amenities. A supermarket is 950m away, while a fishmonger and chip shop are 600m away. The town center and municipal beach are a short 4-minute drive. Walking paths from the residence provide access to the sea.
The bright and airy apartment includes a large living room/lounge opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, hood, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer). There is a small bathroom with a shower and sink on the ground floor and a bathroom with a bathtub (with screen/shower) and WC upstairs. A continuous balcony offers a small sea view, and a second covered balcony offers an open view. A beautiful 25m² terrace upstairs provides ample outdoor space. Wi-Fi (internet only, no TV channels) is included. Housekeeping is included, and bed and household linen can be rented through an agency.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
