General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and two televisions. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave.

Located in a secure residence, on the fourth floor without elevator, this superb T3 with careful decoration is composed as follows:

- An entry.
- A bathroom.
- An individual toilet.
- A fitted/equipped independent kitchen and laundry room.
- A bedroom with a double bed (dimensions 160x190cm)
- A living room with a sofa bed (possibility of unfolding it into two single beds 80x190cm or a double bed 160x190cm)
- A second bedroom with a bunk bed (dimensions 90x190cm)

The whole completed by a loggia.

You will inevitably be seduced by the brightness, the volumes but also the clear view that this accommodation offers.

This accommodation is strictly non-smoking, even on the loggia.
Wifi is made available by fiber.

Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.
Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 depending on the dimensions of the desired set.

Cleaning fees are included in the room rate.

Upon your arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account). The payment of your tourist tax will also need to be regularized.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- 1 DISHWASHER TABLET: €0.5.
- 2 LAUNDRY TABLETS: €1.
- Sheet kit for 2 people: €20.
- Single sheet kit: €10.
- Baby bed: €15.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
