The residence is located in a picturesque village called Le Cran-aux-Œufs, which has only 26 houses. It lies between Cap Gris-Nez and the picturesque village of Audresselles (accessible on foot via the GR120). The entire region is classified as a nature reserve and the accommodation is about 150 m from the GR120; a beautiful route along the Opal Coast. Cran-aux-Œufs beach is about 10 minutes' walk away and you can start your holiday days there with a nice morning walk. The region offers interesting sights such as the Musée du Mur de l'Atlantique - Batterie Todt, and a visit to nearby towns such as Audresselles and Marquise is also a possibility. You will find nice restaurants, shops and supermarkets for daily necessities.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
