This park is is located in a beautiful natural landscape, a lacustrian and wooded space, and lies on the shore of Lake Valjoly, not far from the mountains of the Ardennes. It consists of semi-detached houses with furnished terraces. In the park's center you will find a reception desk, a table tennis, badminton court and a boules terrain, an equestrian center, a playground and gardens, all just a few minutes away from your holiday house.You have at your disposal a free outdoor parking and free access to the WiFi network (only in the reception area).At your disposal :
- Aquatic centre 'Aquatica' - 3000m² dedicated to water fun and wellness. Free access to the aquatic center: Wave pool with river rapids, waterfalls, massage jets, water slide, play pool special for children, swimming pool, solarium, outdoor heated pool and paddling pool (in summer).

This 2-room cottage has an area of 36 square meters and is suitable for 4 persons. It includes a living room with a sofa or 2 pull-out beds; a bedroom furnished with a double bed or 2 single beds; a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher; a bathroom equipped with bathtub or shower and toilet (mostly separate toilets); and a terrace complete with table and chairs. Some apartments are accessible for persons with reduced mobility.
There is a limited number of units that are wheelchair accessible and/or have adjustments in the house for disabled persons. Please contact us for information about the adjustments present to see if they match your needs. You can book this preference on request based on the availability.

Avesnois offers visitors a wide variety of sporting activities, such as mountain biking, archery, mini-golf, a rope course, fishing and much more. You can enjoy the surroundings on foot, on horseback or cycle along the 30-km-long track built on the route of a former railway line. If you prefer water sports, Lake Valjoly is the ideal place for you: here you can go sailing, take a ride on a water scooter or an electric boat. In addition, guests of the park have unrestricted access to the "Aquatica" water park where you will find a heated swimming pool (closed from 18.03-24.03), fun pool, water slide, wading pool and an outdoor pool. Here you can take swimming lessons or enjoy water fitness activities like water bicycles, Aqua Twister and aqua gym under the supervision of trained professionals. The water park also has a wellness center with sauna and Turkish bath. The Avesnois Regional Nature Park, with its rich natural assets (Mormal forest, forest of Trélont, regional nature reserves), as well as cultural and architectural assets (abbeys, castles) is also worth a visit. Thanks to its natural biodiversity the park has been classified as one of the richest areas of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais. Avesnois also offers the younger generation thrilling attractions like the Aquarium, the Gulf of Mormal, the Glass Museum and the Zoo of Maubeuge. The nearest town is Lille, less than two hours from the holiday park.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
