In the heart of the Noble Valley of Alsace, in a typical village between the Bollenberg, Strangenberg and Zinnkoepflé hills, Maison Tilleul de la Vallée Noble offers you, in an Alsatian house completely renovated in 2022 and tastefully decorated, all the year rental of 2 cozy accommodations, each equipped with a kitchen area (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker Nespresso, kettle, toaster) and a bathroom with bathtub or shower. The whole house will be just for you!

? The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for bringing together family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation or for business trips. Everything is planned to satisfy you.

? In a warm and cozy setting, discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its great wines, and its history. Ideally located 15 minutes from Colmar, ? from the Parc du Petit Prince and the Ecomuseum of Alsace, but also 30 minutes from Mulhouse and? 40 minutes from Markstein. In a radius of only 10 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: ? cabaret, ? spa, ? golf, ? equestrian center, ? hikes, ? restaurants, ? wine cellars etc.
? The gîte is also an ideal starting point for traveling the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif (Petit & Grand Ballons),? its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the Franco-German border, about 1 hour 15 minutes away, go on an adventure in the largest amusement park in Europe, ? Europa Park, or enjoy a day in the pretty town of Freiburg.

? The first apartment of 56m², with a bedroom and a living room for 4 people.
? It is located on the 1st floor of the house. This bright furnished tourist accommodation is equipped with:
? a fully equipped dining kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle)
? a living room area with television and double sofa bed,
? 1 bedroom with a large double bed,
? a bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and hairdryer,
? separate toilets.

? The second apartment of 58m², with two bedrooms and a living room for 6 people.
? It is located on the 2nd floor of the house. This bright furnished tourist accommodation is equipped with:
? a fully equipped dining kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle)
? a living room area with television and double sofa bed,
? ?2 bedrooms with a large double bed in each of them,
?? a bathroom with bathtub and shower, double sink unit and hairdryer,
? separate toilets.

? On the ground floor there is a garage-type space, where you can meet to share meals and you will find a ping-pong table to enhance your stay.
? This garage-type space is not heated.

? A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing set on the ground floor of the house complete the accommodation's amenities.

?The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
? the cleaning will be done,
? the beds will be made with clean sheets (bed linen will be at your disposal if you wish to use the sofa bed),
? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel,
?Free WIFI connection as well as TNT.

? A baby cot can be installed upon prior request.

? Free parking is available 20 meters from the accommodation.

House Rule:
? The space on the ground floor is not a garage. Parking and access to motor vehicles is strictly prohibited. Tolerance is made for bicycle parking.

? This apartment as well as all the common areas, including the shared space on the ground floor, are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.

? Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

? Animals are strictly prohibited.

? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €120 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
