Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine bedroom with double bed, a sleeping area (without window) with double bed, TV and bathroom consisting of a shower cubicle, sink, toilet. Outside, you will have a garden and a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, a very pretty garden and a swimming pool (accessible and heated from June to early September 7*10m) will be shared with the 2nd cottage. Electricity and heating will be included in the price. Beds made, end of stay cleaning included. Street parking. All shops and amenities on site. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power station 15 km away, Provins and its medieval city, Lacs d'Orient 70 km away, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, visit to the vineyard and tasting on site (by appointment, 4 €/person). 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from Sézanne, 20 km from Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine. Gite adjoining another gite located in a character stone house with heated swimming pool.
The price includes: Electricity, heating, Wifi, household linen (tea towels, tablecloth), sheets, end-of-stay cleaning.
The price does not include: Bathroom linen.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
