This charming cottage offers you a bedroom with a 140*190cm double bed, with an extra bed. A comfortable integrated and equipped kitchen, with its island, a nicely furnished living room, convertible sofa allowing the accommodation of two additional people, (15€/person/night), with access to the private terrace from the bay window. A pretty bathroom with shower/towel dryer bathtub. For your comfort, sheets will be included in the price of the stay. Mélanie offers a bag of pellets/2 days during the winter season. In a green setting, in the heart of the picturesque town of Troyes, you will discover Mélanie's house. Ideally located, you can enjoy the factory outlets, walks around the lakes of the orient forest, Nigloland, and all the Aube terroir in champagne.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
