General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and two televisions. In addition there is a garden.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher.

The apartment has a living room with open and equipped kitchen, a lounge area with convertible sofa (possibility of 2 additional beds - 160x200 mattress), large flat screen and a dining area. A master suite consisting of a 160x200 bed, a bathroom (large shower tray + sink) and a separate toilet with hand basin. Outside, you will have a private parking space in the interior courtyard of the building, access to the garden from the living room (garden furniture, deckchairs). To enhance your stay, two bicycles will be available free of charge. Heating, electricity, cleaning, bed linen, household linen and bathroom linen will be included in the price of your stay. In the heart of the "Bouchon de Champagne", at the foot of the Cathedral and all shops (restaurants, stores, museums, etc.), this ground floor apartment benefits from an ideal location for discovering the city of Troyes. You will be seduced by the 150 m² private garden with a view of the cathedral, a small corner of greenery in the city center allowing you to read, rest or have your meals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
