You will have a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a Twin bedroom (2 90x190 beds), a bathroom (bath + sink) and a separate toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, household linen and bathroom linen will be included in the price of your stay. A convertible sofa is available allowing two additional beds. Possibility of rental combined with the gîte "Le Gros Raisin" to accommodate 6 to 8 people. Secure paid parking in front of the apartment and free parking 5 minutes away. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Museums, Theaters, Cathedral, numerous street tours and interior courtyards on site, market...factory stores 5 minutes away, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient 20 minutes away, Nigloland 45 minutes away. In the heart of the "Bouchon de Champagne", close to the train station and all shops (restaurants, stores, etc.), this apartment benefits from an ideal location for discovering the city of Troyes. City Break "Comfort" apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a secure building with caretaker.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
